The Tilery (formerly known as Applicon) is a small application that displays a tile for each running application, letting you switch quickly from one application to another by simply clicking an icon. The Tilery can also be used as an application launcher, since you can "remember" the tile of applications you use often and they sit there grayed out until you invoke them.
